Strategic Plan 2019 - 2024: Hartnell College Shared Vision for Student Success

In 2017-18, Hartnell College launched the process for developing Strategic Plan 2019-2024. At a meeting on August 1, 2017, the governing board adopted the following focused student success goals:
- Completion of Degrees and Certificates
- Time and Units to Degree Completion
- Transfer to Four-Year Institutions
- Student Employment Following Training or Degree/Certificate Completion
